aftering attaching a gps to the cigarette lighter, the lighter does not work?
my husband just bought a Magellan GPS and put it in my 2007 Dodge Caliber. He was attached to the cigarette lighter for a trip last week and now both the cigarette lighter and electrical outlet does not work. It has not changed the fuse but it still does not work – is there a certain fuse that you need to use or is there something else wrong? Everything worked before adding the GPS system.
As Lee says, to make it to the dealer to make them a look – you probably still warranty bumper against bumper. This problem is probably due to a bad connection or something like that.
