Which is probably more accurate … speedometer of my car or my TomTom GPS unit?
My readings consistanty TomTom 3 km / h more slower than my speedometer. If my speedometer is "fast" I guess that means that my odometer is a journey of miles cons my warrentee faster than it should. Right? And if so, what can I do? If my Toyota (Scion) "bumper to bumper" warrentee cover recallibrating my speedometer?
If it is fast at any speed, then something is probably out of the unit GPS. (Either to 30 mph, it shows 33 mph and 65 mph it shows 68 mph). If there is less of a difference at lower speeds, then your meter speed is off. error of the speedometer is always a percentage. More speed, the more error there will be. Whether it will be fixed under warranty, it depends. Usually there is some margin of error is acceptable. What that amount is determined by the manufacturer.
