Im getting one of them on Black Friday. Those at Walmart and the other to the target. It appears that TomTom has made the SE version exclusively for Walmart. It remains unclear what the accessories (charger, holder, etc.) are included with the OS Walmart. My advice is to get the target one. The 340S has all the accessories (case, charger and mounts) and if you buy something else for $ 3, you can get a gift card $ 10 Target! Happy shopping!
